Grace Williams

Currently registered as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, after completing studies at Sydney university I began working in the aged care sector, specifically residential aged care. During this time I have completed my Pilates training and have been at the NeuroFitness Studios for 1 year.

I have also completed training in Airway clearance and respiratory muscle training which is useful in the management of both chronic and acute respiratory conditions. Currently studying a Masters of Social work and a management of Chronic Heart failure course.
